Gestamp Tallent

Our client, Gestamp Tallent, a tier 1 automotive component supplier, generate highly contaminated waste water for treatment by Neptune. Contaminants consist mainly of hydraulic and water soluble oils, Neptune is used to separate and treat this waste for re-use by Gestamp. A combination of Our state of the art technology, “Water Treatment As A Service” business model and circular economy principles have enabled Gestamp to drastically cut the cost of contaminated waste removal from site, with the aim of utilising our technology to completely manage the recycling of contaminated waste and producing clean water. In the coming year we will explore the energy generation possibilities with Neptune and fine tune our oil recovery and recycling systems to further reduce their costs. What was once 100% waste product has now been recycled and re-used/repurposed in a timely and cost efficient manner. Gestamp have achieved and are on target for further significant cost reductions and environmental benefits by installing our Neptune system at this plant.
